Ahli Bank to announce 49 Wafra winners on 49th National Day

Muscat: On the Occasion of the 49th National Day of Oman, Ahli Bank, the fastest growing Bank in the Sultanate, will announce the winners of the National Omani Day Wafra Prize Money. There will be a total of 49 lucky winners who will receive a total of RO 49,000 on November 18th to mark the country’s National Day celebration.

The winner’s list will be announced on the social media channels of Ahli Bank, and will also be broadcasted on the FM channels including Wisal FM and Hala FM from 10 am to 10 pm. Opening an account with the Bank and maintaining a minimum balance of RO 100, will enable the account holders to be a part of the scheme, and is a great opportunity to win fabulous prize monies and fulfil their aspirations.

The Wafra Prize Scheme is rewarding over 1,000 customers in 2019, with total grand prizes of over RO 1.3 Million. Apart from the special occasion prizes, Wafra has the mega prize “Salary for Life” that will be announced in December. This mega prize offers the Ahli Bank customers a chance to win RO 250,000. Under this prize money, the winner will be paid RO 1,000 for more than 20 years.

The Wafra scheme entitles the Ahli Bank account holders to win a wide range of prizes; Weekly, Monthly, Special Occasions, Half Yearly and End of Year Prizes; and a minimum account balance for each category is mandatory. The weekly prize scheme rewards RO 500 to one winner from each branch. The average balance that needs to be maintained in the account for weekly prizes is RO 100. The scheme is aimed to encourage a strong savings culture and create more value for the existing customers.
