Royal Office minister receives Russian official

Muscat: General Sultan Mohammed Al Nu’amani, Minister of the Royal Office, received in his office Nikolai Patrushev, Aide to the Russian President and Chairman of the Maritime Board of the Russian Federation, and his accompanying delegation.

During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the progress of relations binding the Sultanate of Oman and the Russian Federation across all fields and ways to develop them to achieve the interests of the two countries.

The guest expressed his gratitude to the Sultanate of Oman and its constant efforts to resolve regional and international issues.

During the meeting, a number of matters of common interest were also discussed.

The meeting was attended by the Russian Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman.
