Deputy PM for Economic Affairs receives Foreign Minister of Belarus

Muscat--- HH Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, today received Maxim Ryzhenkov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, and his accompanying delegation.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways to enhance economic and investment cooperation and expand the partnership between the two countries. They emphasized the importance of building upon the results of the work of the Omani-Belarusian Joint Committee for Cooperation and Investment.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus affirmed his country's keenness to strengthen relations, expand areas of cooperation, and exchange expertise in a manner that contributes to achieving the sustainable development goals of the two countries.
