Big turnout of visitors to Muscat Nights events in Wadi Al Khoudh

Muscat: The vibrant events and activities of Muscat Nights 2026 at Wadi Al Khoudh in the Wilayat of Seeb are witnessing a strong turnout from visitors of all age groups, reflecting the festival’s appeal as a major family and entertainment destination.

Engineer Marwan bin Mohammed Al-Houti, supervisor of the Muscat Nights events in Wadi Al Khoudh, said that the site features a wide range of social and recreational activities aimed at boosting domestic tourism and offering an integrated experience that blends entertainment, entrepreneurship, and community participation in an open, family-friendly environment.

He explained that the events will continue until January 31, running daily from 5:00 pm until midnight, and include a diverse programme of activities such as family play areas, live entertainment shows, food stalls, and outlets for small and medium enterprises, as well as interactive spaces designed for children and youth.

Al-Houti added that the site offers action-packed and exciting experiences, including wall climbing, challenge trails, physical games, and exploration activities that encourage teamwork and a spirit of adventure.

He noted that the venue has been designed as a key destination for thrill-seekers and enthusiasts of unconventional experiences, while maintaining high safety standards and professional organisation.

Meanwhile, visual artist Munir bin Musa Al-Balushi, supervisor of the visual arts corner at the Wadi Al Khoudh site, said that the section showcases a variety of artworks by participants, including sculpture and carving, photography, engravings, and distinctive drawings on pottery vessels commonly kept in homes.

He explained that the visual arts corner aims to discover and highlight creative talents, express local identity and Omani culture, and promote communication, interaction, and engagement with the community.
