Muscat: The highest temperature in the Sultanate of Oman on Monday, May 5, 2025, was recorded at Sohar station in North Al Batinah Governorate, reaching 47.1 degrees Celsius.
In the past 24 hours, Sohar station in North Al Batinah Governorate registered 47.1 degrees Celsius, the highest temperature across all Omani weather stations. Following were Hamra Ad Duru station in Al Dhahirah Governorate at 45.2 degrees Celsius, and Fahud station in Al Wusta Governorate and Sur station in South Al Sharqiyah Governorate, both at 44.8 degrees Celsius.
Additionally, Baushar station in Muscat Governorate recorded 44.6 degrees Celsius, Muscat reached 44.5 degrees Celsius, and Suwaiq station in North Al Batinah Governorate had a high of 44.2 degrees Celsius.
