Former Swiss President arrives in Oman

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq Al Said, received the former President of Switzerland, who offerred condolences on the death of His Majesty, the late Sultan Qaboos, according to the Oman News Agency (ONA)

ONA said in a statement: "His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq Al Said, received at Al Alam Palace, His Excellency Adolf Ogi, former President of the Swiss Confederation, envoy of His Excellency Alan Persent, President of the Swiss Confederation, to offer condolences on the death of His Majesty the late Sultan Qaboos bin Said.”
