Government issues statement on official mourning in Oman

Muscat: The Government Communication Center has confirmed that the three days of public mourning will start from tomorrow, Sunday till Tuesday. Work will resume on Wednesday, January 15, 2020.
In a statement issued online by the Government Communication Center said, “According to what is being circulated on social media about the three days to mourn the death of the late His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said, the suspension of official work for the public and private sectors are Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.”
