His Majesty receives greetings from Egypt Mufti on 49th National Day

Cairo: Dr. Shawqi Allam, Mufti of Egypt extended his heartfelt wishes to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said and to the Omani people on the occasion of the Sultanate’s celebrations of the 49th Glorious National Day.
In a statement yesterday, the Mufti of Egypt prayed to Allah the Almighty to maintain the blessing of peace, security and stability on the Sultanate’s leadership, government and people, to maintain the spirit of love and harmony among the people of the brotherly Omani people, and that the Arab and Islamic nation enjoys peace and security.
The Mufti of Egypt praised the depth of the Omani-Egyptian relations throughout history, where the Sultanate’s leadership, government and people, have a special place in the hearts and souls of Egyptians, which leads to convergence of ideas and positions between the two countries on regional issues and challenges facing the Arab and Islamic world.
