Sultan Center conducts blood donation drive under its 'We Care' initiative

Muscat: In line with its corporate social initiatives, The Sultan Center (TSC) recently conducted a successful blood donation drive, which is originated from its commitment to support Oman’s community and promote initiatives geared towards social welfare.
The blood donation drive was held recently at TSC Qurum Store and TSC Al Khoud Wholesale Center under the newly launched initiative ‘We Care’.
Commenting on the event, Mahmoud Al Shaikh, Marketing Manager, TSC, said, “The Sultan Center is always committed to developing and empowering the local community. Since inception, we strived to ensure that all sections of the Omani community benefit from our initiatives. This blood donation drive falls under our initiative ‘We Care’ and is crucial to ensuring that we support Oman Blood Bank maintains adequate reserves of blood to meet the nation’s requirements especially during times of emergencies. We thank our customers and the general public for stepping forward and volunteering towards this noble cause.”
This blood donation camp was successful and saw participation from a high number of donors. In addition, this is not the first time that TSC supports such noble acts. These initiatives form a central component for TSC CSR that provides support to diverse initiatives and different associations across the country.
