Muscat: Extending its support to various cultural initiatives and activities, Bank Sohar supported ‘Beyond Bollywood’ musical event that was organised recently by the Charity Wing of the Indian Social Club in Muscat. The event was held at the Ministry of Education’s theatre under the auspices of Indra Mani Pandey, Ambassador of India to the Sultanate, and featured well-known Indian composer, Salim Suleiman.
Commenting on the event, Sasi Kumar, acting CEO of Bank Sohar, said: “A large part of our focus is on community and related initiatives. As a responsible corporate entity, we always strive to enrich the lives of people in local communities and support cultural events that help drive development, thus the bank’s participation in this event underscores our dedication to being committedly involved in cultural engagements that target participants of all age groups.”
