Suhail Bahwan Group celebrates 47th National Day

Muscat: Love, pride and joy marked the 47th National Day celebrations at Suhail Bahwan Group Holding (SBGH) when hundreds of employees from the group companies gathered at the foyer of the group’s headquarters Al Rawaq in Qurum.
Amal Suhail Bahwan, the vice chairperson, joined the employees to cut a ceremonial cake and greeted the visionary leader and the architect of Oman’s modern renaissance, His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said wishing him long and healthy life and peace and prosperity to Oman and its people.
On the occasion, Amal presented prizes to winners of the SBGH ‘National Day Employees Poetry Competition’ held earlier as part of the National Day celebrations. Sulaiman Yousuf Al Kharousi and Adil Al Balushi, employees from Bahwan Healthcare Centre and Muna Marhoon Al Hadhrami from MiTech, another Suhail Bahwan Group company won prizes for writing poetries in Arabic while Trevor A. Fernandes from Bahwan Healthcare Centre and Kim Jasper C. Alviar from Projects and Interior Design Division won prizes for writing poetries in English.
Amal also announced the winners of the ‘Best-decorated company competition’ held among the group’s business units and support divisions encouraging team spirit and the joy of National Day celebrations. Bahwan IT, Bahwan Travels, Bahwan International Properties from business units, Finance & Accounts, and HR and Administration from support division won the awards for creatively and beautifully decorating their respective units.
Later Amal visited the divisions and companies under the group located at Al Rawaq and wished employees on celebrating 47th National Day.
