Bollywood gig in Oman will raise funds for blue collar expat workers

Muscat: In aid of blue collar workers, the Indian Social Club Charity Wing is organising a musical extravaganza show titled “Beyond Bollywood” in Muscat on Friday.

Produced by Rajeev Goswami with music by Salim Suleiman and lyrics by Irfan Siddiqui, Beyond Bollywood is the story of a young Indian girl born and brought up in Munich. It’s about her journey to India in search of her roots and culture through Indian dance and music.

Producer Director Rajeev Goswami said that the Muscat audience could look forward to some great entertainment which showcases the culture and traditions of India with a contemporary Bollywood feel at the Ministry of Education auditorium in Wattayah.

Namaste India and Thallaiva are two pulsating songs which the audience will love, the organisers claim. Through the show he hopes to spread the message of having the courage to follow your heart and turn your dreams into reality.
