Royal Opera House's annual military band concert will be held this weekend

Muscat: The Royal Opera House Muscat's annual military music concert continues to be the most popular event in the seasonal calendar and this year will be no exception.
For three nights running during the first weekend in November, hundreds of men and women in the bands of the Royal Guard, Oman's Royal Army, Navy and Air Force, the Royal Oman Police, and the Combined Group of the Royal Cavalry and Camel Band will march in stunning formation playing classic military music in colourful and distinctive uniform.
Symbolising Oman's inclusive global outlook, the concert will include performances by excellent bands from abroad.
The prestigious Austrian Armed Forces Honour Guards will perform along with the entrancing Tanzschule Elmayer Waltz Dance Group from Vienna. And from Bratislava, Slovakia, the distinguished Police Orchestra of the Ministry of the Interior and the amazing KLNKA Folklore Dance Group will give captivating performances.
Tickets are free for this event which will be held on the Maidan at the Royal Opera House Muscat on all for three nights of the weekend: November 2, 3 and 4 at 7:00 pm.
