PACDA holds mock drill in Oman

Muscat: Mock exercises to combat emergency incidents in industrial zones were held by the Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulance (PACDA).
The three scenarios addressed by the exercise were containing gas leak from factory production lines, instantaneous explosion due to gas leakage and fire in factory due to faulty gas lines. .
The exercise was held in Awqad plant in Dhofar region.
