School student assaulted in Oman

Muscat: A student was assaulted yesterday in a school in Muscat governorate, state broadcaster Oman TV has reported.
One of the students from the school, located in Quriyat, assaulted another with a sharp object.
According to Oman TV, the assault took place following an argument between the students.
According to a Oman Public Prosecution report, the number of juvenile accused has gone up by 10.9 per cent in 2015, totalling 1,192.
The report also stated that the number of juvenile offences for felony cases went up in 2015 to 43, compared to 28 the year before that.
