Muscat: Several users of social media platform ‘X’, formerly Twitter, are unable to access their accounts as the platform is facing outages in multiple regions.
Popular website Downdetector showed that the number of complaints spiked around 5.30 PM Oman time, and the outage seems to be spread across the X website, app and feed.
Outages have been reported from Oman, the United States, the United Kingdom, India and several other countries.
Update: The service is now being restored in a few countries.
