Ministry of Education issues statement on recent Muscat school bus video

Muscat: The Directorate General of Education in Muscat Governorate has issued an official statement following the circulation of a video on social media showing a student reportedly forgotten inside a school bus at one of the governorate’s schools.

According to the statement, the student was found unharmed and is in good health. The Directorate confirmed that all necessary legal procedures were promptly initiated in coordination with the relevant authorities immediately after the incident occurred.

The Directorate emphasised its unwavering commitment to the safety and well-being of students, affirming that it continues to take all necessary measures to ensure a secure educational environment.
