Muscat: Takatuf Oman successfully hosted Leadership Unscripted, an exclusive executive masterclass that reimagined leadership through the art of improvisation. Held at the VOX Cinemas Gold Lounge, Oman Mall, the event brought together senior executives from across industries to explore how creativity, adaptability, and presence can shape strategic leadership in an era of constant change.
As part of Takatuf’s continued mission to cultivate leadership excellence in Oman and beyond, Leadership Unscripted blended theatre-inspired techniques with modern leadership development practices; creating a truly immersive learning experience. Participants were guided to think on their feet, embrace uncertainty, and communicate with confidence and authenticity.
The masterclass was delivered by Neil Mullarkey, internationally renowned speaker, author, and co-founder of the legendary Comedy Store Players in London. Drawing on his extensive experience performing alongside global names and coaching leaders at organizations such as Google, Microsoft, Deloitte, and Unilever, Neil partnered with Takatuf to bring this transformative experience to Oman for the first time.
