Foreign Minister bids farewell to Tanzanian Ambassador

Muscat: Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister, received today Fatma Mohammed Rajab, Ambassador of the United Republic of Tanzania, to bid her farewell at the end of her tour of duty.

During the meeting, Sayyid Badr expressed his appreciation for the efforts made by the Ambassador, which contributed to strengthening the cooperation relations between the two countries and peoples.

For her part, the Ambassador expressed her sincere thanks and gratitude for the constructive cooperation she received from the Foreign Ministry and all other entities in the Sultanate of Oman during her term, as well as the warm reception and welcome from the Omani people, which greatly facilitated her duties during her tenure.

The meeting was attended by Najib bin Yahya Al Balushi, Head of the Protocol Department at the Foreign Ministry, Dr. Mohammed Ali Al Balushi, Head of the Africa Department at the Foreign Ministry, and a number of officials from both sides.
