The third theme recommended investing in digital infrastructure, expanding the use of electronic authentication and signatures and grooming leaders who operate in digital fields.
The fourth theme was devoted to ways to benefit from the conference's outcomes, by accessing an interactive electronic platform that allows participants and interested parties to view related documents, presentations and recommendations.
The closing session discussed the concept of smart management. It dealt with how to use artificial intelligence to enhance government transparency, support decision-making and accelerate digital transition in institutions.
