Muscat: Within Muscat Governorate’s efforts to strengthen cooperation with service entities and improve the quality of its provided services to citizens, the Wali of Muscat Office held a coordinating meeting with Nama Supply Company on Tuesday to discuss cooperation and follow up on the latest developments in the supply sector.
The meeting confirmed the importance of institutional partnership and both parties’ interest to enhance direct communication with the local community and identifying the most important challenges facing subscribers, especially in Muscat wilayat.
Thus, contributing to develop the level of service and raise its efficiency.
Ali bin Said Al Saidi, Wali of Muscat, a number of sheikhs and notables, representatives of charitable committees, volunteer teams and the Omani Women Association, and several relevant government entities attended this meeting.
During the meeting, Nama Supply Company delivered a visual presentation reviewing its efforts in monitoring the quality of services and measuring subscribers’ satisfaction.
It highlighted the challenges facing certain groups, especially defaulters, and introduced various available solutions and facilities, including a special pricelist for low-income people.
This meeting reflects the commitment of both sides to strengthen communication with citizens and listen to their comments and suggestions.
Thus, promoting the services’ efficiency and fulfilling the residents’ aspirations.
