Match 16 of the T Quiz League brought together two determined teams seeking redemption. Philippine School Oman (PSO), who had defeated ISWK in their opener but lost to Indian School Ghubra in a tough second match, faced ISWK Cambridge. ISWK Cambridge had a shaky start, losing to Sri Lankan School Muscat in a close game, but bounced back impressively by eliminating Indian School Sohar. With both teams fighting for survival, the stakes couldn’t have been higher.

The match was packed with challenging questions that tested the teams' knowledge across a wide range of topics. Key moments included identifying Oman’s 9 million date palm trees, recognizing plasma as the liquid component of blood, and recalling the fictional Quidditch World Cup showdown featuring Viktor Krum from Harry Potter. Both teams showcased exceptional focus, with quick answers that kept the scores close.

The Testing Times round saw teams grapple with clever categories like “Q Words,” “Islands,” “Sports in the GCC,” and “Collective Nouns.” PSO and ISWK Cambridge strategically navigated their choices, reflecting their deep understanding of the game. The round was intense, bringing out the best in both teams as they fought tooth and nail to keep their tournament hopes alive.
