Two arrested in human trafficking crackdown

Muscat: Two individuals were arrested by the Royal Oman Police (ROP), on charges of human trafficking.

"The  Directorate General of Inquiries and Criminal Investigations arrests two people on charges of human trafficking by luring a number of victims and coercing them to carry out acts contrary to public morals. The legal procedures are being completed against them, " ROP said in a statement.
