Group of women arrested for immoral acts in Oman

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has arrested a group of women and a number of men on charges of violating public morals in Muscat Governorate.

A statement issued online by ROP said: "The Muscat Governorate Police Command arrested a group of women and a number of men on charges of violating public morals and violating the labour and residence laws for foreigners in Al Mabela region."

The legal procedures against them are being completed.
