International network arrested for smuggling drugs in Oman

Muscat: An international network has been arrested by Royal Oman Police (ROP), for smuggling and re-manufacturing drugs.

"The General Administration of Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Control arrested an international network of drug smuggling and re-manufacturing, and more than 170 kilograms of different types of drugs were found in their possession, in addition to the materials and tools used in the manufacturing process. The case is under procedure," ROP said in a statement.
