Woman arrested for pickpocketing in Oman

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has arrested a woman in Dhofar Governorate for pickpocketing.

"Dhofar Governorate Police Command arrested a woman for pickpocketing, who targets crowded places and steals money from bags of busy shoppers. It has been found that the accused has a criminal record, and legal procedures are being completed against her," ROP said in a statement.
