It's time for some delicious 'mug shot'

Blueberry Mug Cake
Ingredients

4 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 1/2 tsp sugar
3 tbsp (45ml)milk
1/2 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
10 blueberries
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except blueberries in a microwave-safe mug.
Mix with a small whisk until the batter is smooth. Stir in blueberries .
(Make sure you stir these into the batter. If you leave them on top they might burst open onto your microwave).
Cook in the microwave for about 1 minute. If the cake is not done, heat for an additional 15 seconds.
Let the cake cool a few minutes before eating. Cake is best consumed while still warm or within a few hours of it being cooked.

Brownie in a mug
Ingredients

¼ cup sugar
¼ cup self-raising flour
2-3 tbsp cocoa
¼ cup water
2 tbsp oil
2-3 drops vanilla essence
Preparation
In a microwave proof mug, add the sugar, flour & cocoa.
Add water, oil and essence and mix all together until there are no lumps.
Microwave for 1 minute at a time. It may be cooked after the first minute depending on your microwave, if not, put in for another 30 seconds to a minute.
Once cooked, serve with cream or a glass of milk.

Coffee Mug Cake
Ingredients

4 tbsp all purpose flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp instant coffee powder
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp oil
Preparation
Add the flour,baking powder and cocoa powder to a mug.
Add instant coffee granules and sugar and mix with a spoon. Add the oil.
Microwave for 2 minutes with an interval of 1 minute in between.
Allow it to cool. Drizzle chocolate syrup and serve warm.
