Man arrested for hit-and-run incident involving expat in Oman

Muscat: A man has been arrested on charges of running over an expat and fleeing the scene in North Al Batinah Governorate.

A statement issued online by the Royal Oman Police said; "The North Al Batinah Governorate Police Command arrested a person in the vicinity of  Al Khaboura Police Station on charges of running over an expat, which led to his death, and for fleeing from the scene of the accident, and the case is under legal procedures."
